头针顶颞前斜线下2/5治疗Bells面瘫96例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨头针顶颞前斜线的下2/5与Bells面瘫临床疗效之间的治愈率和时效性关系。方法:把96例Bells面瘫患者随机分成两组,观察组采取头针针刺顶颞前斜线下2/5加体针的方法治疗,对照组采取常规针刺法治疗。1个月后观察疗效。疗效标准采用House-Brackmann面神经分级系统进行评价,其中每组又根据发病时间分为发展期、静止期和恢复期,其疗效标准采用Sunnybrook(多伦多)面神经评分系统进行评价。结果:观察组显愈率为79.2﹪,总有效率为83.3﹪,高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组三期患者经治疗后均有明显疗效,发展期显愈率优于静止期组和恢复期组(P<0.01)。结论:头针顶颞前斜线下2/5治疗Bells面瘫疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the cure rate and time-effect relationship between head acupuncture on 2/5 under the anterior oblique line of vertex-temporal and Bells facial paralysis.Methods:96 patients with Bells facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with head acupuncture on 2/5 under the anterior oblique line of vertex-temporal.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.The effect was observed 1 month later.The efficacy criteria were evaluated using the House-Brackmann facial nerve grading system.Each group was divided into developmental,quiescent,and convalescent phases according to the onset time.The efficacy criteria were evaluated using the Sunnybrook (Toronto)facial nerve scoring system.Results:The observation rate was 79.2% in the observation group,and the total effective rate was 83.3%,which was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The third phase of the observation group had obvious curative effect after treatment,and the development rate was better than that of the static group and the recovery group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of Bells facial paralysis with head acupuncture on 2/5 under the anterior oblique line of vertex-temporal is effective and worthyof clinical application.
