灾后羌族地区城镇化发展水平实证研究

摘　　要：当下,中国制度特色背景下羌族地区灾后城镇重建任务业已完成。围绕国家宏观战略性的灾后城镇、产业、文化重建的系列规划内容,羌族地区产业布局与结构调整、城镇体系与功能完善之间初步实现了协调发展态势,客观上促成羌族地区经济社会实现了一次跨越发展,形成许多不同产业支撑、职能特点的新型城镇(寨),成为区域经济增长的极点与轴线廊道。从灾后羌族地区大规模的城镇化建设实践出发,通过对茂县、汶川县、北川县、理县的实地调研,构建出羌族地区城镇化发展水平综合评价指标体系,采用定量分析与定性总结相结合的方法对其城镇化发展成效进行跟踪与测度,所得相关实证结论为灾后重建时期羌族地区新型城镇化建设实践的纵向推进提供一定的决策依据与实证参考。Due to the advantages of China’s institutional characteristics, towns and cities suffered from the 512 Wenchuan Earthquake has quickly been reconstructed.Guided by the state macroscopic strategies in civil, industrial, and cultural reconstruction after the?disaster, the industrial layout and structural adjustment in Qiang ethnic areas has been completed. The urban system and functions were improved. Those progresses caused a great leap-forward step in Qiang regional economic and social development. New towns and villages supported with various industries grew up with functional characteristics to become the axis of the regional economic corridor.The essay focuses on the?post-disaster Qiang areas where large-scale urbanization happened. Field trips were conducted through Mao?country, Wenchuan county, Beichuan county, and Li country to build up a comprehensive index system to evaluate the urbanization development. We use qualitative and quatitative methods to analyze the urban development results, whose findings are to provide solid reference for Qiang ethnic area’s urbanization in the post-reconstruction era.
