摘　　要：民族传统体育文化根植于群众之中,千百年来辗转流传,其内涵博大精深,承载着厚重的文化价值和历史价值。然而,在西方强势文化的入侵下,我国民族优秀体育文化传承路径受阻,面临着"失根断流"的危险。文章着眼于我国历史悠久、博大精深的民族体育文化,归纳了民族传统体育文化所具有的地域性、民族依属性等文化特征,并在此基础上试图洞察民族体育文化在传承中存在的不足,为民族体育文化的传承提出一些建议。The traditional sports culture of the nation is rooted in the masses and has been passed around for thousands of years.However, under the invasion of the strong western culture, the inheritance of the excellent sports culture of ethnic minorities is blocked and faced with the danger of "losing roots and cutting off the flow".This paper focuses on the national sports culture with a long history and profound history in China, summarizes the regional and ethnic characteristics of traditional national sports, and based on these cultural characteristics, attempts to understand the deficiencies of national sports culture in the inheritance, and puts forward some Suggestions for the inheritance of national sports culture.
