摘　　要：移位机是一种帮助下肢体障碍者进行位置转移的康复辅具,可极大减轻护理人员的工作负担。然而,目前大多数移位机在产品体验及使用环境复杂性等方面研究不足,用户接受度与普及率非常低。基于上述问题,文章首先通过观察法和访谈法研究现有移位机使用情况,发现其在设计上的问题与不足,然后总结了移位辅具设计时的几点要则,最后在此要则指导下进行了设计探索,希望通过设计的人性关怀给下肢障碍者更多尊严与关爱。Shift machine is a kind of rehabilitation assistant that helps the person with limb disorders to carry out position transfer, which greatly relieves the work of caregivers.However,at present,most of the shift machines have insufficient research on user experience and complexity of operating environment,this leads to very low user acceptance and penetration. Based on above questions,We first looked at how users used the shifter machine and then interviewed them,we found the problems and shortcomings in the product design of the shift machine.Then,according to the previous study,we summarized several principles for the design of shift machine.Finally,we put forward an exploratory design plan under the guidance of these principles,hoping to give more dignity and care to people with lower limb disorders.
