摘  要:目的 用正交试验设计安排多因素多水平进行方差分析 ,确定乙醇诱导肝脏自身保护效应充分表达的最优组合模型。方法 根据正交表L2 7(3 13 )安排“胃饲乙醇预处理诱导增强肝脏对缺血 -再灌流的耐受性”试验。应用方差分析给出乙醇诱导肝脏自身保护效应充分表达的适当剂量和喂饲后距缺血手术时间。结果 诱导肝脏自身保护效应充分表达的最优模型为A1B1C3 ,即 40 %、5g/kg喂饲后 2 4h行缺血再灌注手术。结论 用正交试验设计安排多因素多水平进行方差分析 ,可大大减少实验动物数和实验次数 。Objective To abtain the optimum combination of multiple factors and multiple levels in the expression of liver self pretection by alcohol preconditioning. Methods Multiple factors and multiple levels involved in the experiment of 'induction of ischemia reperfusion tolerance in the liver by alcohol preconditioning' are discussed, which are planned in the experiment by means of orthogonal table L 27 (3 13 ),and related method of analysis of variance is applied. Results The optimum combination among the concentration of alcohol?the dose of alcohol and the time after alcohol administration is available ,which makes the expression more sufficient. Conclusion To plan the animal experiment with multiple factors and multiple levels through orthogonal experiment could decrease the number of animals and trials, and also could assure the balance of factors and levels in experiment.
