摘 要:目的 研究急性缺氧对大鼠肠系膜微循环白细胞流变学行为的影响。方法 运用活体显微镜结合计算机图像分析系统观察分析急性缺氧大鼠肠系膜微循环中白细胞的流变行为。结果 常氧状态下肠系膜微静脉中有少量白细胞粘附 ,部分白细胞沿管壁滚动 ,滚动速度较快 ,白细胞与内皮细胞接触时间 (TLECT)短 ,急性缺氧后白细胞粘附数显著增加 ,白细胞沿壁滚动大量增多 ,滚动速度明显减慢 ,TLECT显著延长 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 急性缺氧严重影响微循环中白细胞的流变学行为 ,TLECT显著延长 ,反映了白细胞与内皮细胞相互作用程度加重 。Objective To investigate the effects of acute hypoxia on the rheologic properties of leukocytes in mesentery microcirculation of rats. Methods Intravital microscopy and computer image analysis system were used to determine the rheologic properties of leukocytes in mesentery microcirculation of rats in vivo . Results Compared with normal condition, the number of adhesive leukocytes and rolling leukocytes in venules were significantly increased in acute hypoxic condition, rolling velocity of leukocytes was obviously decreased and total leukocyte endothelium contact time(TLECT) was significantily prolonged ( P <0.05).Conclusion Acute hypoxia had a significant effect on the rheology of leukocyte. The significant proeongation of TLECT reflected the aggravation of leukocyte endothelium interaction, and may be an important mechanism of endothelium damage induced by acute hypoxia.
