电子喉镜诊治1706例耳鼻咽喉疾病的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨电子喉镜在耳鼻咽喉疾病诊治中的临床应用价值。方法　采用PentaxVNL 15 3 0T型电子鼻咽喉镜对 170 6例有耳鼻咽喉症状的患者实施检查 ,对部分声带息肉 ,声带小结 ,咽喉部异物等患者进行治疗。结果　 170 6例患者均顺利接受了检查 ,并得到诊断 ,12 0例声带息肉、5 6例声带小结患者在电子喉镜下行摘除手术 ,84例咽喉部异物患者在电子喉镜下取出异物 ,45例鼻出血患者用Nd :YAG激光治疗 ,14例其他疾病患者接受该内镜的相应治疗。结论　电子喉镜在耳鼻咽喉疾病诊治中具有广泛用途 。Objective To investigate the value of rhinolarynx electronic videoendoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of otolaryngological diseases. Methods APentax VNL 1 530T video rhinolaryngoscope was used in the diagnosis of 1 706 patients with otolaryngological symptoms and some patients were treated with the help of this equipment. Their diagnoses and treatment were reviewed and analyzed. Results Correct diagnosis was made in 1 706 cases. Under the endoscope, 120 cases of vocal cord polyp and 56 of vocal cord node were resected, 84 of foreign bodies in hypopharynx or larynx were removed,45 of nosebleeding were treated with Nd:YAG laser. Another 14 patients with other diseases were treated with the endoscope. Conclusion Rhinolarynx electronic videoendoscope, as a new instrument, can be widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of otolaryngological diseases.
