输尿管镜在上尿路结石性梗阻肾衰中的临床应用(附11例报告)

摘　　要：目的 :探讨上尿路结石性梗阻并发急性肾功能衰竭的治疗方法。方法 :应用输尿管镜直视下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石梗阻并急性肾功能衰竭 11例。结果 :术后患者血清BUN、Cr均恢复正常或接近正常 ,尿量恢复 ,结石排净率 90 % (18/2 0 )。结论 :输尿管镜诊治上尿路结石性梗阻并发急性肾功能衰竭 ,具有安全、疗效可靠、损伤小的优点 ,能同时处理双侧输尿管病变 。Purpose:To evaluate the treatmeat value of ureteroscopy in bilateral upper urinary tract stones obstraction with acute renal failure.Method:Ureteric calculi were fragmented by pneumatic lithotripsy in 11 patients. Result:All patients serum Bun?Cr levels decreased in different degree or return to normal, stone free rates were up to 90% (18/20).Conclusion:Ureteroscopy provides a safe and effective method for the treatment of upper urinary tract obstruction associated with acute renal failure, which can treat the bilateral ureter stones simultaneously.
