摘　　要：从终身体育的内涵和外延出发 ,初探学校体育教育对终身体育意识培养的积极作用 。This paper starts with the connotation and the extension of lifelong sports training,then proceeds to make a brief probe into the positive effects physical education has on developing the lifelong awareness of physical training, just in order to provide some suggestion for the reform and the development of physical education in the school.
