摘 要:通过对压电、结构陶瓷粉末的选择搭配烧结 ,发现压电相LiTaO3 与基体Al2 O3 在烧结时能稳定共存 ,分别采用三种烧结路线制备了LiTaO3 /Al2 O3 陶瓷复合材料 ,对其微观组织与力学性能进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,LiTaO3 晶粒中的电畴结构清晰可见 ,采用适当的烧结路线制备的含有适量压电陶瓷颗粒的结构陶瓷基复合材料的力学性能显著改善 。LiTaO 3 could coexist with Al 2O 3 matrix during the sintering process.LiTaO 3/Al 2O 3 ceramic composites were fabricated through three sintering routes.The microstructure and mechanical properties of them were investigated.It was shown that domain structures were clearly seen in LiTaO 3 grains.The mechanical properties of the ceramic composite with modest amount of piezoelectric particles prepared by suitable sintering route were greatly improved.Energy dissipation due to domain wall motion is suggested as a new toughening mechanism in structural ceramics.
