摘 要:目的 :研究海水浸泡对创伤性脑水肿的影响 ,为海战条件下颅脑损伤的救治提供依据。 方法 :建立海水浸泡兔创伤性脑水肿模型。测量脑组织水含量、离子含量 ;用伊文蓝 (EB)、胶体金 (CG)示踪血脑屏障 (BBB)通透性变化。结果 :海水浸泡后脑组织的水含量、离子含量、EB含量均增高。光镜及电镜可见有更多 CG颗粒透过 BBB入脑。 结论 :海水是一个重要的致伤因素 ,它可通过增加 BBB通透性和加剧脑组织离子失衡等多个环节变化 。Objective:To study the seawater effects on traumatic brain edema,providing data for therapy of craniocerebral injury under conditions of sea warfare. Methods:The m odel of traum atic brain edem a and local immersed wound of seawater was established. The brain tissue water content and the brain tissue ion content were determ ined. EB and CG were used to evaluate the permeability of the blood brain barrier(BBB) . Results:The brain tissue water content,ion content and the EB content all increased after im mersed in seawater. Under L M and TEM,more CG particles were seen permeating the BBB. Conclusion:Seawater is a traumatogenic factor,it can exacerbate traumatic brain edem a by increasing the perm eability of BBB and the unbalance of the ion in brain tissue. [
