急性扁桃体炎患者IL-2、6和SIL-2R水平的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨急性扁桃体炎患者血清中的白细胞介素 - 2、可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体和白细胞介素 - 6水平。方法　采用放射免疫法 (RIA)和双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定法 (ELISA) ,测定了 2 5例急性扁桃体炎患者、 2 0例健康人血清中白细胞介素 - 2、可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体和白细胞介素 - 6的水平。结果　急性扁桃体炎患者血清中白细胞介素 - 2、可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体和白细胞介素 - 6的水平均高于健康人 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　三种细胞因子参与了急性扁桃体炎的病理过程。Objective To explore the level in serum of interleukin-2(IL-2), soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in patients with acute tonsillitis. Methods IL-2, sIL-2R and IL-6 were detected in 25 patients with acute tonsillitis and 20 normal controls, its determination of IL-2, sIL-2R and IL-6 was done by a standwith RIA and ELISA methods. Results The results showed that the IL-2, sIL-2R and IL-6 concentrations in patients with acute tonsillitis were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P<0 001,P< 0 05). Conclusion IL2,sIl-2R and IL-6 may play an important role in patients with acute tonsillitis.
