摘  要:目的 :从海洋生物总合草苔虫、棕色扁海绵及丰头皮海绵中寻找发现新的抗肿瘤活性成分。 方法 :采用活性跟踪方法 ,应用多种层析分离技术追踪分离活性单体 ,并以光谱技术确定化合物结构 ,MTT法进行抗肿瘤活性筛选。 结果 :从总合草苔虫中分离鉴定了 9个化合物 ,均表现出极强的抗肿瘤活性 ;从棕色扁海绵中分离得到 10个化合物 ,鉴定出其中 6个化合物的化学结构 ,其中化合物 和 具有免疫抑制活性 ,对人工诱导的大鼠关节炎有效 ;从丰头皮海绵中分离得到 3 0个化合物 ,鉴定出 14个化合物的化学结构 ,其中化合物 具有抗肿瘤活性。 结论 :我国南海生长的总合草苔虫、棕色扁海绵和丰头皮海绵资源丰富 ,从中分离得到的单体显示出不同的抗肿瘤活性 。Objective: To search for bioactive constituents from marine organisms including Bugula neritina L., Phakellia fusa Thiele and Suberites tylobusa Levi. Methods: Using bioassay guidance,the bioactive compounds were isolated by multi chromatography and their structures were identified by spectral analysis. Results: Nine compounds were obtained and identified from Bugula neritina L., all showing a significant anticancer activity; Ten compounds were obtained from Phakellia fusa Thiele,among them 6 compounds were identified. Compound Ⅳ and Ⅴ showed an anti inflammatory activity and were effective on artificially induced rat arthritis model; Thirty compounds were obtained from Suberites tylobusa Levi and 14 compounds were identified,compound Ⅱshowed an antitumor activity. Conclusion: Several compounds are isolated from Bugula neritina L., Phakellia fusa Thiele and Suberites tylobusa Levi with various biological activities,this researches is of prospective values in the development of new drugs and utilization of marine organism resources.
