摘 要:目的 :探讨 CD62 L、CD11a单克隆抗体 ( MAb)对严重烧伤大鼠白细胞与内皮细胞粘附的影响及作用机制。方法 :复制大鼠烧伤模型 ,颈总动脉插管给予 CD62 L MAb (或 CD11a MAb或生理盐水 ) ,观察动物存活时间 ;在液流室中观察CD62 L MAb、 CD11a MAb则对分离的烧伤大鼠白细胞与培养的大鼠肺血管内皮细胞粘附的影响。结果 :与生理盐水组相比 ,CD62 L MAb可显著阻断烧伤大鼠白细胞与内皮细胞间的粘附 ,并延长烧伤大鼠的存活时间 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;CD11a MAb则无明显作用 ( P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 :提示 CD62 L MAb具有一定的抗休克作用。Objective: To study the effects and mechanism of CD62L and CD11a monoclonal antibody (MAb) on leucocyte endothelial cell adhesion at early stage severe burned rats. Methods: In flow chamber the effects of CD62LMAb and CD11aMAb on the adhesion rate of severe burned rat leukocytes with cultured rat lung endothelial cells were observed. CD62LMAb(or CD11aMAb or saline)were administered through common carotid cannulas, survival time were recorded.Results: Compared with saline, CD62LMAb significantly reduced adhesion rate of severe burned rat leukocytes with cultured endothelial cells and prolonged the survival time of burned rats( P <0.05), while CD11aMAb didn't show similar effects ( P > 0.05). Conclusion: CD62LMAb has anti shock function, which can effectively reduce the adhesion of burned rat leukocytes with endothelial cells and prolong the survival time of burned rats.
