摘　　要：观察Graves′病 (GD)患者血浆内皮素 (endothelin ,ET)水平 ,探讨GD患者ET变化的临床意义。应用放射免疫分析法分别测定 2 7名正常人及 5 3例GD病患者治疗前后ET水平。结果是GD患者ET水平治疗前明显高于正常人 (15 0 .4± 2 9.3 1ng/L ,42 .80± 7.5 8ng/L ,P <0 .0 1) ;治疗后水平比治疗前明显下降 (97.61±15 .99ng/L ,15 0 .4± 2 9.3 1ng/L ,P <0 .0 1)。结论是 :GD病患者血浆ET水平显著高 。Observing the plasma endothelin levels in patients with Graves′ disease to probe its clinical significance, plasma endothelin levels were measured in 55 cases of Graves′ disease before and after treatment respectivly, and these were compared with that of 23 health subjects. Results: plasma endothelin levels in patients with Graves′ disease significantly increase, compared with heath subjects(150.4±29.31ng/L vs 42.80±7.58ng/L, P <0.01); post-treatment endothelin levels apparently decrease(97.61±15.99ng/L vs 150.4 ±29.31ng/L, P <0.01).Plasma endothelin levels in patients with Graves′ disease significantly increase, and after treatment the endothelin levels decrease following decreasing of thyroid hormone level and high hemodynamics.e,comparedwithheathsubj
