摘 要:目的 :用电生理学的方法 ,探讨苍白球 (GP)是否参与镇痛 ,及该作用是否通过脚内核产生。结果 :以谷氨酸兴奋苍白球 ,可以抑制丘脑束旁核神经元对伤害性刺激的反应 ,与盐水对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。而脚内核微量注射神经毒红藻氨酸 7日后 ,兴奋苍白球对丘脑束旁核神经元的伤害性反应仅有微弱的抑制作用 ,与注射红藻酸前兴奋苍白球产生的抑制作用相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;与脚内核微量注射生理盐水 7日后 ,兴奋苍白球对束旁核神经元伤害性反应明显的抑制作用相比也有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :兴奋苍白球可通过脚内核抑制束旁核神经元的伤害性反应。Aim: To investigate whether the excitation of globus pallidus (GP) can induce analgesia, and whether the entopeduncular nucleus (EP) is involved in analgesia induced by GP excitation. Results: The nociceptive response of neurons in parafascicular nucleus (Pf) was inhibited by excitation of GP neurons. Significant differences were obtained when the effects of GP stimulation were compared with the effects of saline microinjeced into GP ( P <0.05). The inhibition was reduced after lesion of EP with kainic acid ( P <0.05). The results obtained with microinjection of saline instead of kainic acid were the same as those before lesion but significantly different from real lesion group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: EP plays an important role in analgesia induced by GP excitation.
