摘　　要：目的 :探讨女性生殖道炎症患者的微生物感染特点。方法 :取阴道后穹窿分泌物涂片 ,用革兰氏染色油镜观察。结果 :观察组异常率为 10 0 %.对照组为 7.32 %,两组有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;加特纳氏菌和革兰氏阳性球菌感染率最高 ,明显高于其他细菌 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :女性生殖道炎症的主要表现为菌群失调 ,微生物以混合感染为主。The aim of this study is to explore microbial infection features of female patients with inflammatory diseases in the genital tract. Secretions taken from the posterior fornix were smeared for Gram′s staining and oil microscopy. The study indicated that abnormality rate of observation group was 100 % and that of control group was 7.32 %, showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.01); the infections rate of Gardnerella and of Gram-positive cocci was highest, much higher than that of other bacteria(P<0.01). The inflammatory diseases of female genital tract are manifested as dysbacteriosis, with polyinfection as the main feature of microbial infection.
