益糖宁对大鼠实验性2型糖尿病的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨补肾活血中药益糖宁冲剂对糖尿病大鼠体重、血糖、甘油三酯及 C肽的影响。方法 :健康 SD大鼠 5 0只 ,雄性 ,共分七组 ,分别为正常对照组 ,高脂组 ,高、中、低剂量中药组 ,降糖舒组和模型组。治疗 4周后于禁食 1 2 h采血测定血糖、甘油三酯、C肽、SOD( superoyade,SOD) ,2 h后再测定餐后血糖、餐后 C肽。结果 :糖尿病大鼠普遍存在高血糖、高甘油三酯血症及空腹 C肽低下。高、中剂量组餐后 2 h C肽水平增高至接近正常水平 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,低剂量组、降糖舒组和模型组餐后 2 h C肽仍低下 ,与正常组比较仍具显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 5 )。高剂量组空腹血糖与其他组比较P<0 .0 5。各糖尿病大鼠较正常组 SOD不同程度下降 ,高、中剂量益糖宁冲剂 SOD与正常组比较P>0 .0 5。结论 :益糖宁冲剂能改善糖尿病大鼠症状 ,具有一定降糖作用 ,且能提高 C肽和Objective: To explore the effects of Yi Tang Nin on the body weight, blood sugar level, triglyceride and C peptide level in diabetes rats. Methods:50 healthy SD rats were divided into 7 groups: Control, hyperlipemia, high dosage of TCM therapy, medium dosage of TCM therapy, lower dosage of TCM therapy, Jiang Tang Shu andanimal model groups. After 4 weeks of the treatment, blood sugar, triglyceride, C peptide and SOD were detected after 12 hours of food fasting. 2 hours later, Blood sugar and C peptide were also detected.Results: Hyperlipemia, hypertriglyceride and low C peptide were detected in diabetes rats. High and medium dosages of TCM therapy had higher C peptide level when detected 2 hour after the feeding P >0.05. Low dosage of TCM therapy, Jian Tang Shu and animal model groups had lower C peptide level. When compared with the normal control, difference was found ( P <0.05). SOD was also lower in diabetes rats than the control. High and medium dosage of TCM therapy rats had high level of SOD. Conclusion:Yi Tang Nin could improve the symptoms and signs ofdiabetes rats and lower the blood sugar level and raise C peptide and SOD levels.
