电子鼻咽喉镜的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨电子鼻咽喉镜在耳鼻咽喉疾病诊治中的临床应用价值。方法 :采用PentaxVNL - 15 30T型电子鼻咽 -喉镜对 180 0例有耳鼻咽喉症状的患者行电子鼻咽 -喉镜检查 ,对声带息肉 ,声带小结 ,咽部异物等患者进行治疗。结果 :180 0例患者均顺利接受了检查 ,并得到诊断 ,12 0例声带息肉 ,5 6例声带小结患者在电子喉镜下行摘除手术 ,84例喉咽部异物者在电子喉镜下取出异物 ,45例鼻出血患者用Nd :YAG激光治疗 ,14例其他疾病患者接受该内镜的相应治疗。结论 :电子鼻咽喉镜在耳鼻咽喉疾病诊治中具有广泛用途 。Objective:To investigate the value of rhinolarynx electronic videoendoscope in the diagnosis and treatment of otolarynglolgic diseases.Methods:Pentax VNL-1530T video rhinolaryngoscope were used in diagnosis of 1?800 patients, parts of them were treated electronic laryngoscopically in our department.Results:1?800 cases were examined by rhinolarynx electronic videoendoscope, and correct diagnosis was made. 120 cases of vocal cord polyp and 56 cases of vocal cord node were excised, 84 cases of foreign bodies in hypopharynx or larynx were removed, 45 cases of nosebleed were treated with Nd:YAG laser, 14 cases of other diseases were treated under the endoscope.Conclusions:Rhinolarynx electronic videoendoscope can be widely used in diagnosis and treatment of otolaryngologic diseases and is a new excellent instrument of diagnosis and treatment in otolaryngology.
