腹股沟皮瓣在腕部电烧伤创面的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：应用腹股沟皮瓣修复腕部深度电烧伤创面．方法：对２２例患者采用腹股沟皮瓣延迟修复腕部深度烧伤创面，皮瓣最大面积 １０ｃｍ × ２２ｃｍ，最小面积 ６ ｃｍ×１５ｃｍ．结果：２２例 ２４个皮瓣中。除 １例皮瓣下窦道形成外，全获成功，伤口Ｉ期愈合．８例经１年以上随访，外形与功能均获得较满意效果．结论：深度电烧伤创面延迟修复对皮瓣顺利成活及伤口获得良好愈合很有必要，腹股沟皮瓣是修复腕部电烧伤创面的理想皮瓣之一．Objective: The groin skin flap has been used to repair electrical burn wound on wrist region. Methods: 22 cases were used the groin skin flap for delayed repairing deep electrical bum wound on wrist region ,the size of flaps ranged from 6 cm× 15cm to 10cm× 22cm. Results: Twenty-four flaps of 22 cases survived, except one case forming sinus under the flap. Postoperative follow-up in 8 cases over one year revealed satisfactory results cosmetically and functionally. Conclusions: It might be necessary that delayed repair deep electrical bum wound for flap survived and wound healed. It is the ideal donor site for repairing electrical burn wound on wrist with the groin flap.
