摘　　要：气滞血瘀是闭经的基本病理变化 ,无论肝郁、肾虚、脾虚、寒凝皆可导致气滞血瘀、胞脉不通而闭经 。Qi and blood stasis is the basic pathology for menoschesis. Liver depression, kidney and spleen deficiency, cold evil staying would cause stasis of Qi and blood, as well as stasis in uterus. So promoting Qi and activating blood should be paid attention to treating menoschesis.
