复方二妙散三种剂型的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的 :中药复方二妙散生药袋包颗粒与传统饮片汤剂的药效学研究。方法 :用正交实验 ( L934)对二妙散的袋包颗粒剂与免煎饮片和传统饮片汤剂的浸膏得率及有效成分盐酸小檗碱含量进行研究的基础上 ,在动物体内进行药效比较。结果 :三种剂型中 ,袋包颗粒的浸膏得率及其有效成分盐酸小檗碱含量最高 ,在动物体内实验中 ,其药效比对照组和其他两种剂型组有显著的提高。结论 :中药复方二妙散生药袋包颗粒剂替代传统中药饮片汤剂 ,可节省大量药材资源 。Objective:It is to study the pharmacological effect of Ermiaosan crude drug granules in bag and traditional medicine material crude slices. Methods: The gain of extract of crude drug granules in bag, medicine material crude slices and those without decoction of the herb prescription Ermiaosan could be acquired by Orthogonal Test (L 93 4). Animal models could be used to prove which pharmaceutics had the best pharmacological effect among the three kinds above-mentioned. Results: In contrast with other different pharmaceutics, crude drug granules in bag that had the highest gain of extract expressed the marked pharmacological effect. Conclusion:It is useful that medicine material crude slices should be replaced by crude drug granules in bag, which can produce more pharmacological effect and save more medicine herbs resource.\;
