理气活血止痛法对痛经大鼠血液流变性和前列腺素变化的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨理气活血止痛法对痛经大鼠血液流变学指标和前列腺素变化的影响。方法 :利用催产素所致的大鼠痛经模型 ,观察以理气活血止痛法制备的九气拈痛胶囊对大鼠血液流变学及前列腺素等指标的影响。结果 :九气拈痛胶囊能减少痛经大鼠 30分钟内的扭体次数 ,降低扭体发生率 ;能改善痛经大鼠血液流变性(降低全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、血细胞比容 ,缩短红细胞电泳时间 ) ,降低前列腺素 F2α和血栓素 B2 含量 ,升高前列腺素 E2 和 6酮前列腺素 F1α含量 ,其效果与月月舒相似。结论 :九气拈痛胶囊具有改善血液流变性、抑制血栓素和前列腺素的作用 ,与中医理气活血止痛法的作用机制基本一致。Objective:To investigate the influence of regulating Qi and activating blood analgesia(理气活血止痛法) on the changes of blood hemorrheology and prostaglandin in dysmenorrhea rats.Methods:With the rats model of oxytocininduced dysmenorrhea,the effects of Jiuqi Niantong capsule(九气拈痛胶囊) on blood rheology and prostaglanding were observed.Results:Jiuqi Niantong capsule could significantly restraint wring times and decrease the incidence of wring in oxytocininduced dysmenorrhea rats,improve the hemorrhage (decrease the whole blood viscosity ratio,plasma viscosity ratio,hematocrit and the erythrocytic electrophoresis time),decrease the levels of prostaglandin F 2α and thromboxin B 2,increase the levels of prostaglandin E 2 and 6ketoprostaglandin F 1α .The therapeutic effects of Jiuqi Niantong capsule were similar to Yueyueshu (月月舒). Conclusions:Jiuqi Niantong capsule has the effects of improving blood rheolgy and restrainting the activity of PGF 2α and TXB 2,which accords with the mechanism of regulating Qi and activating blood analgesia in traditional Chinese medicine.
