摘　　要：近年来 ,用不合格的盐酸小檗碱原料压片屡有发生 ,而现有制剂标准不能有效控制〔2〕,笔者查阅了盐酸小壁碱的含量测定方法 ,其中包括重铬酸钾法、UV—VIS、TLCS、HPLC等 ,为有效控制制剂质量 ,应将盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法〔2〕改为HPLC法。In recent years, It's repeatedly happened to press BBH tabets using unqualified raw materid of BBH. But the quality of BBH tablets is not effectively controlled with its current quality standard. The writer has studied the methods of content determination, in which included K 2cr 2o 3 method, UV-VIS, TLCS, HPLC etc. The method of the content determination should be changed to HPLC for more effectively controlling the quality of the preparation
