摘　　要：注意力是一种资源，在信息社会，注意力资源变得日益重要，信息社会稀缺的不是信息而是注意力， 信息的潜在价值只有通过用户的利用才能真正实现，因此，开发注意力资源是提高文献信息利用率 的关键。Attention is a kind resources. Attention resource is getting more and more important in the infor- mation society. The information society lacks attention but not information. The latent value of information can be realized by theuse. So, the development of attention resource is the key to raising document information uti-lization rate.
