摘 要:用能量为1.7MeV,束流强度0.7μA·cm-2,总注量6.3×1016cm-2的电子辐照镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷,并对辐照后的样品进行等时退火,利用UVVIS和PAT测试,表明通过电子辐照样品在237nm和370nm处产生吸收带,它们主要是F心及V型色心。通过退火可以使F心及V型色心吸收峰消除,但F心的消除温度要高于V型色心,且其在退火过程中形成F聚心,F聚心随F心聚集增加其峰位将向紫外移动。Transparent MgAl2O4 ceramics was exposed to electrons beam with the energy of 1.7MeV and the flux of 6.3×1016cm-2. The samples have been isochronally annealed after irradiation. The optical spectra and the defects have been measured by UV VIS and PAT. The experiments indicated that two kinds of optical-absorptions at 237nm and 370nm were introduced for electron irradiatied MgAl2O4 ceramics, which were resulted from V-type absorption and F center. All the color centers can be drown by annealing. In the process of annealing, the F center converted into F2, F3, F4 center, and the optical-absorption band at 237nm moved to 210nm.
