摘　　要：LM334是3端可调恒流源,其电流比值范围可达10000:1,具有很好的稳流特性及1V到40V宽的工作电压范围。它只需一只外接电阻就可设定所需的电流值。本文介绍了该器件及其在快速电阻测量中的应用。The LM334 is 3-terminal adjustable current source featuring 10000:1 range in operating current, excellent current regulation and a wide dynamic voltage range of 1V to 40V. Current is established with one external resistor and no other parts are required. This paper describes the application in fast measuring of resistors.
