摘　　要：对荷兰ENRAF NONIUS公司的CAD4四圆单晶衍射仪在缺乏核心技术资料的情况下进行了技术改造。剖析了仪器构造,控制机理,保留原有良好的四圆测角仪及高压发生器,彻底更换了主机控制和数据处理软件和硬件,使这台已运行十多年的故障频繁的旧仪器又恢复正常工作。软、硬件的升级改造使之达到了全新水平。The CAD4 (Computer Automated Diffractometer-4-circle of the Single Crystal Structure Analysis)made by ENRAF NONIUS Co. Of Holland, has been retrofited lack of core technical message. Finging out the structural and control mechanism, we make full use of Host and HV generator, and use modern microcomputers and updated softwares to control them and process data. It makes this meter, which was often in out of order and has run for more than 10 years, run well now, and the updated retrofit of software and hardware makes the analytical results of this instrument reach a higher level.
