摘 要:首先简要介绍了供电公司在电力市场中需要研究的问题。根据边际成本定价原理 ,针对简化的配电网条件 ,建立了分时电价优化模型。利用 Kuhn— Tucker条件 ,进一步得到了供电公司分时售电电价的表达式 ,并从工程角度探讨了分时电价中各分量的计算方法。算例考虑了配电网线损和简化的可靠性要求 ,所得到的分时售电电价更接近于供电成本。The problem s facing the energy supply utility in the electricity power market environment are introduced. According to the principle of m arginal cost pricing and based on the condition of sim plified distribution network,an optim al model of spot pricing is proposed.The expressions of consumer's price are further obtained by using Kuhn- Tucker criterion, and the computation m ethod of the elements with respect to the spot pricing are investigated from the engineering point of view.The results of a test system show that the price is closer to the supply cost with consideration of the distribution network losses and the requirements of reliability.
