摘　　要：合同管理系统是电力市场技术支持系统中新的重要组成部分。对其体系结构、设计原则、数据流程、安全机制、功能及技术特点进行了详细的探讨和介绍。提出合同管理系统应充分应用电子商务技术 ,与 Web相结合 ,采用 Browser/Server结构来构建。文中所开发的合同管理系统不仅能满足当前电力市场的需求 ,而且考虑了电力市场及其技术支持系统的发展 。Contract management system is an important part of power market operation system.The aim of this paper is to discuss the configuration,function,design principle,data flow,security m echanism and the technical character of the contract m anagem ent system. Especially the viewpoint that E- business technique should be well used and the contract management system should be constructed based on Web technique using Browser/ Server structure is put forward.The contract m anagem ent system that has been developed according to this paper can not only meet with requirements of power market at present,but the development of power market and its operation system is considered also.The system will soon be used in power m arkets of Zhejiang Province and Jilin Province.
