摘 要:为满足电力系统实时决策和紧急控制对实时性的要求 ,提出了电力系统实时决策系统中强实时通信的设计与实现方法。其中网络设计采用复合网络拓扑 ,通信协议采用无连接的 UDP通信协议 ,软件设计采用多媒体定时中断和非阻塞通信模式。实时性测试证明了强实时通信的可行性。大量的实验数据显示该通信设计方案可满足电力系统实时性和可靠性的要求。To meet the requirement of real-time analysis and emergency control of power systems, a novel method is proposed to implement the forced real-time communication in real-time control and analysis system for power systems. In this method, the multi-Ethernet topology is adopted in communication net design, and the connectionless UDP protocol is used as communication protocol. The multimedia timer and non-blocking mode is used in software design. The feasibility of forced real-time communication is proved by the tests of real-time performance. A large amount of experiment data shows that the proposed method can satisfy the real-time and reliable demands of power systems.
