开搏通对冠心病患者胰岛素抵抗作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨开搏通对冠心病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法 :予 80例冠心病患者服用开搏通 12 .5 m g/次 ,每天 2次 ,治疗前及治疗 4周后采用氧化酶法检测糖耐量 (OGTT) ,放射免疫法检测胰岛素 (IS)释放试验 ,测定血糖 (BG)、胰岛素(IS) ,计算空腹血胰岛素 (FIn S)与空腹血糖 (FBG)比值、糖耐量曲线下面积 (AU CG)、胰岛素释放曲线面积 (AU CI)及胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)。结果 :服用开搏通 4周后 ,BG、IS、FIn S/ FBG、AU CG、AUCI 均较治疗前下降 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1)。 ISI较治疗前增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :开搏通能提高冠心病患者胰岛素敏感性 。Objective:To study the effects of capoten in insulin resistance on patients of coronary heart disease(CHD) Methods: Blood glucole and insulin levels during oral glucose tolerance test and insulin release test were measured in 80 patients of coronary heart disease before and 4 weeks after treatment with capoten 12 5 mg twice daily Fasting blood insulin, fasting blood glucose ratio,area under glucose tolerance curve, area under insulin release curve and insulin sensitivity index were calculated in each case Results:The blood glucose level, blood insulin level,fasting blood insulin, fasting blood glucose ratio ,area under glucose tolerance curve and area under insulin release curve decreased after the patients had taken capoten for 4 weeks And insulin sensitivity index increased after treatment Conclusion:The results suggest that capoten can increase the insulin sensitivity index and improve the insulin resistance in patients of CHD
