摘 要:目的 :了解 2型糖尿病患者血清一氧化氮 (NO)与高血压的关系。方法 :对 2型糖尿病合并高血压 (DM+HT)患者 36例与未合并高血压病 (DM)患者 34例的血 NO等指标进行比较 ,并对所有糖尿病患者的血 NO与血压等指标进行相关分析。结果 :DM+HT组较 DM组血 NO显著降低 [(41.94± 18.91) μmol/ L 和 (5 8.98± 19.36 ) μm ol/ L,P <0 .0 1],而且血 NO分别与收缩压及舒张压显著负相关 (r =- 0 .38,P <0 .0 1;r=- 0 .33,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :DM+HT患者血 NO水平较 DM患者显著降低 ,而且在 2型 DM患者中血Objective:To investigate the relationship between hypertension and serum nitric oxide level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus Methods: The fasting plasma NO,lipids, and glucose were measured in 36 cases of type 2 diabetics with hypertension and in 34 cases of type 2 diabetics without hypertension Results:The serum NO level in type 2 diabetics with hypertension was significantly lower than in those without hypertension\[(41 94±18 91)μmol/L and(58 98±19 36)μmol/L,P<0 01\] In univariate analysis, NO level was negatively correlated with systolic blood pressure (r=-0 38,P<0 01) and diastolic blood pressure (r=-0 33,P<0 01) Conclusions:The serum NO level in type 2 diabetics with hypertension was significantly lower than in those without hypertension, and the decreased NO level is closely related to hypertension in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus
