摘 要:MIS设计是一个非常复杂的系统工程,且传统的设计方法具有不可克服的缺点。根据某税务管理系统的需求,提出了分层设计、程序与业务分离以及开发维护一体化的设计方法。所开发的GR-MIS具有易维护性、开放性、开发效率高、生存周期长、可重用性好以及代码量小、性能稳定、执行效率高的优点。GR-MIS经过一年多的成功运行,充分体现了其独创性和实用价值。The traditional design of manage information system is so comprehensive that there are too many inherent limitations to use efficiently.It is known that the traditional MIS is tough to be maintained and inefficient since the source code needs to be compiled again and again even after the operation changes little.Meanwhile,the code of tradi-tional MIS can't be reused by other systems for it has close relation with the operation.According to the user require-ments of certain revenuer bureau,a general revenuer manage information system(GR-MIS)is developed.In GR-MIS,three new ideas,which are layer design,separate program from operation rules and integrative developing&maintaining,are proposed.Not like the traditional MIS,Layer design adds the layer of DB surface,operation rules,interface and maintain tools.In GR-MIS,the task of system analyst is just modeling,while the task of the programmer is developing mainte-nance tools according the model.In this situation,the program doesn't need to be recompiled during testifying so G-MIS is efficient.Compared with the traditional MIS,GR-MIS has the characters of easy maintenance,open,long subsistence periods,less code,high stability and efficiency.Also the uniqueness and engineering value are testified through success-fully using in several Revenuer Bureaus for more than one year.
