摘 要:目的:评价不同MR成像序列对发育期长骨生长板的显示能力。方法:对40头健康猪膝关节行不同位置和序列MR成像,并与组织学表现相对照。结果:生长板演变可分4期,即生长板形成前期、形成期、平衡期和闭合期;前3期生长板软骨在SE序列T1W1上为中等信号,T2W2和PDW1上为中等信号或高信号,GRE序列呈高信号,且60°翻转角显示最佳,但闭合期各序列上均为低信号。结论:GRE序列对生长板显示最好;SE序列T1W1与GRE序列(60°翻转角)组合使用值得推荐。Aim: To study the visualization capability of MR pulse sequences in detecting the developmental growth-plate of long bones. Methods: A total of 40 pigs with normal knees were examined by MR with various orientation and sequences. The results were compared with histology examination. Results: The evolution of growth-plate was classified into 4 development stages: the earlier forming stage, the forming stage, the maintaining stage, and the closing stage. From the earlier forming stage to the maintaining stage the growth plate showed intermediate signal intensity (SI) on SE T1WI, intermediate or high SI on T2WI and PDWI, high SI always on GRE sequences , but at the closing stage single hypointense band on all pulse sequences. Conclusions: The MR images of GRE sequence is better than others, and MR studies of the growth-plate had better at least include SE T1WI and GRE (60°) sequences.
