六味地黄丸对肾上腺皮质激素型肾阴虚小鼠的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的　观察六味地黄丸对肾上腺皮质激素型肾阴虚小鼠的滋阴补肾作用。方法　制作小鼠肾阴虚模型进行耐疲劳、耐寒、耐缺氧、吞噬碳粒和体液免疫试验。结果　六味地黄丸呈剂量依赖性延长肾阴虚小鼠游泳和耐缺氧时间 ,提高耐寒能力 ,增加碳粒廓清指数及抗体生成能力。Objective\ To observe the pharmacological actions of PSIR on the mice with kidney Yin deficiency. Methods\ The Yin deficiency models of mice were made for tests related to the actions of PSIR on endurance of fatigue, coldness and anoxia in mice. Results\ The tests showed that PSIR (in dosage of 1.35, 0.45, 0.15g/kg, iv) could significantly enhance the abilities of anti fatigue, anti low temperature and anti anoxia in kidney Yin mice. Conclusion PSIR possesses beneficial actions on kidney Yin mice.
