SPECT在16例小肠出血诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨SPECT在小肠出血诊断中的意义。方法　对拟诊消化道出血的 16例患者 ,采用99Tcm 体内标记红细胞法 ,行全腹部动、静态显像。结果　 16例患者中 14例显示有小肠出血征象 ,其阳性率为 87 5 % ;阳性患者 9例手术 ,其中 7例SPECT诊断的出血部位与手术所见吻合 ,SPECT定位准确率 77 78%。Objective\ To explore the significance of SPECT in the diagnosis of enteric hemorrhage. Methods\ Static and dynamic display of total abdomen image was adopted in 16 patients diagnosed as suffering from hemorrhage of lower digestive tract by using \+\{99\} Tc\+m internally labeled erythrocyte method. Results\ Enteric hemorrhage sign was seen in 14 patients with positive rate of 87.6%, among whom 9 patients underwent surgical operation, and hemorrhagic sites detected by SPECT was consistent with the findings upon operations in 7 patients. The accuracy of SPECT location was 77.78%. Conclusion\ SPECT is of important referential value in diagnosis and orientation of enteric hemorrhage.
