摘　　要：目的　探讨老年妇女疾病的围手术期处理的办法和经验。方法　对老年妇女手术 10 9例围手术期资料进行统计分析。结果　老年妇女接受手术者恶性肿瘤占首位 ( 4 3 .11% ) ,合并高血压、心脏病和心肌缺血、糖尿病占3 7.5 1%。术中可出现低血压 ,术后可出现肺部感染、心肌缺血 ,均安全度过围手术期。结论　只要术前充分准备 ,术中、术后加强监护 。Objective\ To investigate methods and practices in the peri operation management of senile cases of gynecologic disease.Methods\ The peri operation data of 109 senile cases of gynecologic disease were analyzed. Results\ Malignant tumor cases were found to account for 43.11% while the cases complicated by hypertension, heart disease, myocardia ischemia and diabetes mellitus account for 37.51%. All the cases passed their peri operation period though hypotension was seen to occur during the operation and pulmonary infection and myocardia ischemia postoperatively. Conclusions\ With sufficient preoperative preparations and intensive peri operative and postoperative monitoring and care, the senile cases of gynecologic disease may safely get through the peri operation period.
