摘　　要：用计算机声卡配以简单的外围电路实现电网电压、电流的检测功能,采用傅立叶变换方法对电网谐波进行分析,并在Windows环境下利用Delphi 5.0语言开发了电网谐波分析软件。着重论述了外围电路的实现以及如何对声卡进行实时采样,测试实验结果表明所研制的电网谐波分析仪成本低、精度高、实用性强。This paper discusses using sound card in computer with some simple peripheral electronic circuit to realize the measurement of the electric network's voltage and current. It uses Fourier transform to analyze the harmonic in electric network and develops a software for analyzing harmonic by Delphi5.0 on the Windows platform. It explains how to realize the peripheral circuit and sample with sound card in detail. The test result shows that it is a cheap and practical harmonic analyzer with high precision.
