摘　　要：介绍了染色体微切割、微克隆技术的原理及主要方法 。Since chromosome microdissection and microcloning technique was developed in 1981,it has been widely used in many fields. In this paper, the principle of chromosome microdissection and microcloning technique was reviewed, some major technical problems such as chromosome identification, microdissection and microcloning were discussed and the progress of this technique in the field of plants was illustrated.
