摘  要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳 (PAGE)法研究了 1g/LNaCl处理对冬小麦叶过氧化物酶 (POD)同功酶酶谱的影响。结果表明 :对照组A区有 1条扩散酶带 ,处理组A区变为 3条 ,较对照组有明显的变化 ;对照组B区仅有 1条扩散带 ,盐胁迫后变为 2条或 1条不清晰的三级带 ,且发现具有B1酶带冬小麦的返青率等5项农艺性状显著高于无此带的品种 ;有 7个供试品种盐胁迫后C1酶带与C3 酶带之间的距离较对照组增大。部分品种在盐胁迫后C区的个别酶带颜色加深或变浅 。Effects of 1 g/L NaCl treatment on peroxidase (POD) of winter wheat leaves were studied by means of PAGE. The results showed that region A of the control group had a diffused band, but region A of the treatment group had three bands; region B of the control group only had one diffused band while there were two or one dim three grade bands in region B of the treatment group and 5 wheat varieties including rate of turning green with B 1 band were more significant than those of other varieties; the difference between Rfs of C 1 and C 3 among seven varieties for experiment under salt stress was larger than that of these control groups. Color on some special band in region C of some varieties blackened or lightened, and some disappeared
