摘 要:在分析非牛顿流体滑移流动的基础上 ,导出了表征其流动状态的相似准数——广义雷诺数 Reg。不同流型的分析结果表明 :广义雷诺数不仅适用于管内存在滑移的非牛顿流体流动 ,同样适用于无滑移的非牛顿和牛顿流体流动。采用广义雷诺数的沿程阻力系数计算公式类似于牛顿流体的简单形式 ,即λ=6 4 / Reg。试验结果表明 ,水煤膏管内流动存在滑移现象 ,其管内层流流动的沿程阻力损失系数的计算公式与牛顿流体具有相同的形式 ,且计算精度比较满意。The slip phenomenon of coal water paste (CWP) flowing in pipes is proved by the method of combining theoretical analyses with experimental investigations.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of slip flow phenomenon of non Newtonian fluid in pipes,the similitude criterion,known as general Reynolds number Re g,which can characterize the state of non Newtonian fluid flow in pipes,is presented.The results show Re g holds well not only for the slip flow of non Newtonian fluid,but also for slip free flow as a steady state laminar flow in pipes.The energy loss coefficient of the non Newtonian fluid laminar flow has the same form as Newtonian fluid,that is λ=64/Re g.The data obtained from experiments show that the accuracy of the equation of the energy loss coefficient of CWP laminar flow in pipes is satisfactory.
