摘  要:通过对城市生活垃圾衍生燃料 (RDF)进行酸洗、压模成型等预处理 ,改变其空间结构如比表面积、孔结构等 ,然后在TB 1型热天平中测试不同温度下的热解TG曲线 ,分析各种动力学参数 ,得出RDF性质、空间结构对热解反应速率、活化能、提前因子等动力学参数的影响规律。试验结果表明 ,压型试样的反应速率明显低于未压型试样 ,最佳热解反应温度段为 5 5 0℃~ 6 5 0℃。部分压型试样的活化能和指前因子之间存在差补偿效应。RDF经酸洗后 ,热解反应速率有明显提高 ,活化能降低 。During the process of pretreatment, we changed the micropore surface area and micropore structure of refuse derived fuel(RDF) is changed by compression or dilute acid treatment. Thermogravimetric curve is measured by thermobalance at different pyrolysis temperatures, so that some of the kinetic parameters of different samples were obfained. The rules of kinetic parameters effected by the character of RDF and micropore structure can be explained. The expriment results showed that the reaction rates of the compressed samples are much lower than those of the uncompressed samples. And the optimal reaction temperature is 550℃~650℃. There is a compensation effect between activation energy and the Arrhenius parameters of some compressed samples. After dilute acid treatment, the pyrolysis rate of RDF has been obviously raised, the activation energy decreased and the activation of the reactions increased.
