朝阳丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎与肝硬化效果分析

摘　　要：①目的　观察朝阳丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化的效果并探讨其作用机制。②方法　对 5 0例血清HBsAg ,HBeAg ,抗HBc和HBVDNA均为阳性的慢性乙型肝炎、肝炎后肝硬化 (活动性、代偿期 )病人采用随机、单盲对照法进行朝阳丸 (36例 )或干扰素 (14例 )治疗 ,3个月后比较疗效。③结果　两组病人治疗后血清肝功能、细胞免疫功能、NK细胞活性、血清补体、血清肝炎标志物、HBVDNA ,肝脏超微结构及血清干扰素均有不同程度的变化。④结论　朝阳丸对慢性乙型肝炎、肝炎后肝硬化有较好疗效 。Objective\ To study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Chao Yang Pills on chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis.\ Methods\ 50 patients with chronic hepatitis B or liver cirrhosis with positive serum HBsAg, HBeAg, Anti HBc and HBV DNA were randomly divided into two groups, a single blind trial was done for the Treated Group (36 cases) with Chao Yang Pills, and the Control Group (14 cases)treated with interferon α . The efficacy of the two groups was compared 30 days after the treatment.\ Results\ After the treatment, there were some changes in serum ALT,T cell and NK cell activation,serum complements,HBsAg, HBeAg, Anti HBc,HBV DNA,the ultrastructure of the liver and the level of serum interferon. \ Conclusion Chao Yang Pills is a pure Chinese herbal medicine. It has a fairly good therapeutic effect on chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis caused by hepatitis. It is worth while popularizing clinically.
