摘  要:目的研究海上饱和潜水对潜水员肺呼吸功能的影响.方法在海上氦氧140 m饱和-166m巡回潜水实验中,检测8名潜水员在各个不同深度条件下的肺功能,分析肺功能与呼吸气体密度的关系.结果呼吸气体密度和导热系数的变化对肺静态容积指标值未产生明显影响,在所有潜水阶段均保持在正常参考值范围;肺动态容积指标最大通气量(MVV)随深度增加而显著降低(P<0.01),饱和深度(140m)时降低41%(P<0.01),MVV与呼吸气体密度的平方成反比;在不同深度下,呼吸频率保持相对稳定;其他动态肺容积指标与MVV变化趋向一致;75、50、25三者斜率下降,其中75最大,50次之,25最小.减压过程中,所有这些改变均随着暴露压力的降低逐渐恢复正常.结论饱和潜水过程中,潜水员静态肺功能无明显变化.高压氦氧混合气对潜水员肺呼吸功能存在一定影响,应引起重视.但所有这些改变均属可逆性改变.Objective To study the effect of saturation deep diving in the sea on pulmonary respiratory functions in the divers. Methods Eight divers were examined their pulmonary respiratory function and analysed its relation with respiratory gas density at defferent diving depths. Results The static pulmonary cubage had no change at any depths. The MVV decreased significantly during hyperbaric state and at the saturaion stage(140 m),it lowered by 41%(P<0.01)?Besides, it varied inversely with the square of the mixture gas density. The other dynamic respiratory functions had the same tendency of change as that of MVV. The respiratory frequency kept relatively stable at different depths, while the maximal respiratory amplitude decreased significantly in some depths. 75, 50 and 25 decreased significantly in some depths( 75> 50> 25). All these changes were recovering to normal level along with the decompression. Conclusions The static respiratory functions have no relation with gas component or gas thermal conductivity. The hyperbaric He-O 2 mixture gas has some inhibitory effect on pulmonary respiratory function in saturation diving and the diving work efficiency might be worsened, but these changes are reversible and would have no long term unfavorable effect on pulmonary respiratory function.
