摘　　要：目的　对十二指肠破裂的临床特点、诊断及外科治疗进行分析。方法　总结我院 1987年 2月～ 2 0 0 1年 7月收治的 16例十二指肠破裂患者的临床资料。结果　治愈 14例 ,治愈率87.5 % ;术后并发症 4例 (2 5 % ) ;死亡 2例 (12 .5 % )。结论　掌握十二指肠破裂的临床特点、提高术中探查的确诊率、根据伤情选择合理的术式。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of diagnosis and management of primary duodenal rupture.Methods We summarized retrospectively the clinical data of 16 cases of duodenal rupture between 1987 and 2001.Results Fourteen cases ( 87.5% ) were cured. Postoperative complication occurred in 4 cases (25%). Two patients died ( 12.5% ).Conclusions It is the key that we should grasp the clinical characters of duodenal rupture and improve the rate of definite diagnosis in the course of laparotomy, use safe and effective procedure according to the injury, build up efficient drainage and decompression of the duodenum.
