摘　　要：目的　研究黏附分子CD15及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在乳腺癌表达的临床病理意义及其相互关系。方法　应用免疫组化S-P法检测了 64例乳腺癌CD15、PCNA的表达。结果　CD15主要在肿瘤细胞膜表达亦可伴有浆染色 ,在乳腺癌中阳性率为 5 4 69%(3 5 /64 ) ;PCNA在细胞核表达 ,过表达率为 5 1 5 6% (3 3 /64 ) ;CD15与PCNA的表达与乳腺癌组织学分级高、淋巴结有转移呈正相关 ;并且两者相互呈正相关。结论　CD15。Objective To study the clinicopathologic significance of CD15,PCNA protein expression in breast cancer and the interrelation between them.Methods The expression of CD15 and PCNA was analyzed in 64 cases with breast cancer by microwave antigen retrieval immunohistochemical staining(S-P methods).Results The immunoreaction of CD15 was localized in the membrane and the cytoplasmic of cells,the expression in breast cancer was 54.69%(35/64);The overexpression of PCNA in breast cancer was 51.56%(33/64).They were correlated with poor differentiation and lymph node mestastasis.Conclusions The expression of CD15,PCNA may be an important index for poor differentiation,metastasis and poor prognosis or breast cancer.
