摘　　要：狼疮性肾炎是系统性红斑狼疮最常见的脏器损害 ,中医认为肝肾阴虚、血热瘀毒为其病机特点。确立滋阴凉血、解毒化瘀的治疗原则。临床根据活动期和缓解期 ,以及病人兼证的不同 ,治则方药不尽相同。Lupus nephritis(LN)is a common organ impairment of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus Based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),deficiency of the liver yin and kidney yin,heat in the blood and noxious heat and blood stasis is regarded as the main pathogenesis of LN Nourishing yin and clearing away pathogenic heat from the blood,removing toxic substances and dissipating blood stasis are used as the curative principles The principles of treatment and the prescription for medicines are also somewhat different based on the active stage,the remission stage and accompanying symptoms of the patients in clinic
