摘 要:目的 :观察调肝泻火汤对胰岛素抵抗 (IR)大鼠肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF-α)等相关指标的影响 ,探讨该方预防 IR的作用机制。方法 :将动物随机分为模型组、中药组和正常组 ,以高脂饮食复制 IR大鼠模型 ,中药组予高脂饮食的同时予中药灌胃 ,正常组给予基础饲料喂养 ,共观察 8周 ,评价模型及该方对 IR的影响。结果 :调肝泻火汤升高胰岛素敏感性指数 ,改善糖耐量 ,降低空腹血胰岛素、TNF-α水平 (与模型组比较 P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :调肝泻火汤能有效预防高脂饮食所致大鼠 IR,其机制可能是通过受体后环节 ,调控Objective:To explore the mechanism of Tiaoganxiehuo decoction in preventing insulin resistance (IR) and observe the effect of the Tiaoganxiehuo decoction (TGXHD) on tumor necrosis factor α (TNF α) and the related index in IR rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into three groups: model group, TGXHD group and control group. The rat IR model was induced by high fat diet. The TGXHD group received both high fat diet and TGXHD. The control group was fed with common food. After 8 weeks, the model was evaluated and the effect of TGXHD on IR was assessed. Results:TGXHD could obviously increase insulin sensitivity index, improve glucose tolerance and decrease the level of fasting plasma insulin, TNF αas compared with those in the model group (P<0.01 or <0.05). Conclusion: TGXHD can effectively prevent the rats from IR induced by high fat diet, which might be contributed to lowering the TNF α level at the post receptor point.
