摘　　要：目的　结合我院信息管理系统在实施和维护中的经验和体会 ,进一步探讨决定医院信息管理系统的成败因素及保证系统安全可靠运行的有效措施。方法　在实施中既要有主管领导的支持和各相关业务部门的密切配合 ,还要充分作好数据字典的准备工作及相关业务部门操作人员的培训工作 ;不但要采用先进的网络技术和硬件设备 ,而且还要作好系统的日常维护、数据备份及建立健全各项管理制度。结果　正是采取了上述措施与方法 ,我院信息系统第一阶段工程的实施非常顺利 ,而且工期短 ,系统在投入运行三年来平均无故障率达到 99% ,为医院信息系统后期的顺利实施打下了坚实的基础。结论　 (1)医院信息系统的实施是需要领导、各业务部门、医护人员及计算机技术人员共同来完成的一项长期的工程 ;(2 )只有采取有效的软、硬件维护措施 ,才能保证系统 1周 2 4h不间断运行。Objective To investigate the factors which were closely related with the success and failure of the system,as well as the measures to ensure the system to work effectively and safely.Methods It is essencial to the system both the support of managment department and the cooperation of the related departments,besides,the data dictionary should be prepared fully and the operators should be trained beforehand.The advanced techniques of network and hardware should be apppied in the system to keep the system working well,furthermore,the routine maintenance,data backup and strict rules for managing the system were needed.Results It was due to the methods and means we used that the first stage of the system carried out successfully,and no fault ratereached 99% in the last three years,which laid a solid foundation for the further implementation of the hospital information system.Conclusion The implementation of the information management system needs the cooperations of administration leader,the raletive departments,doctors,nurses and the computer technicians;it is only by the measures of effective maintenance of the hardware and software that the system can be ensured to work continuously.
